From enquiry to delivered goods
Enquiry
Send the single line diagram, the specification and the bill of quantities. Drawings and BOQ files can be attached to the enquiry form.
Quotation
We price against your BOQ item for item, CIF to your named port, in USD or AED — so bids can be compared honestly, line against line.
Deviations
Where a stated deviation would save cost or shorten delivery, it is proposed openly with the reason and the saving stated. Nothing is substituted quietly.
Submittal
Test certificates, type-test reports and compliance statements are issued as one set per package, with revision marks carried on every sheet.
Shipment
Critical fast-moving items are held. Part shipments are consolidated against the construction programme, not the order date.
